Sonam Kapoor outshines at Cannes 2012

On the final day of the 65th International Cannes Film Festival (Cannes 2012) saw Sonam Kapoor walk the red carpet, in a vintage Alexander McQueen lace gown.

All eyes were waiting for Sonam to make her appearance on the red carpet, as she is one of India’s best style icons.

Some how, her look in the Alexander Mcueen gown did not down down well with the audiences.

Well, we are not saying she did not look good. he looked absolutely great. However, when compared to her Cannes red carpet debut last year, this time, she was a bit disappointing.

The WaoW factor was some how missing. We guess, the gown was too voluminous and just too closed.

Sonam Kapoor’s other looks at Cannes were definitely a hit! She was in a Naem Khan gown at the Chopard party, in Dolce & Gabbana for the L’Oreal Paris closing ceremony dinner and in a Marni with yellow Roger Vivier shoes for the media call. This girl’s definitely a true fashion icon.

Her best look at Cannes 2012 was for the media call when she posed for L’Oreal. Sonam was styled by her sister Rhea Kapoor.
