Cloud 9 Music stay strong in the charts with Jee Jee Kareh!

VIP Records proudly present the 2nd single from Cloud 9 Music, “Jee Jee Kareh” featuring the powerful vocalist Jaswinder Daghamia.

“Jee Jee Kareh” is based on a playful concept and the lyrics play on tongue-in-cheek, cleverly aimed to bring an element of humour to the dancefloor. Cloud 9 Music have opted for an eclectic sound for “Jee Jee Kareh” placing a powerful emphasis on the strings, predominately guitar and tumbi, coupled with a strong dhol beat to keep the dancing flavour alive! This is most definitely a variation from traditional Bhangra and brings an interesting approach/marriage between easy listening and punchy beats . The video to "Jee Jee Kareh" has been directed by the acclaimed Ballistic Productions and the production value has stayed true to the concept of the song by bringing a comical approach to the screen.

This is the 2nd release from Amit and Deepak of Cloud 9 Music and follows up a huge release from earlier this year. Cloud 9 Music burst on to the scene in March 2012 with the dancefloor anthem “Kan Kar Gal Sun” which took the UK Bhangra scene by storm, rising to the summit of the iTunes World Chart within hours of release and also debuting at Number 1 in The Official Asian Download Chart on the BBC Asian Network. “Jee Jee Kareh” forms part of Cloud 9 Music’s debut album “Sky’s The Limit”, which will showcase 10 tracks and will include the vocal talents of Nirmal Sidhu, Bakshi Billa, Balwinder Matewaria, Sudesh Kumari, Jaswinder Daghamia, Charanjeet Singh Channi and Boota Pardesi. “Sky’s The Limit” is due to release shortly after this single.
