US President Donald Trump has signed an ‘executive order’ that requires an audit of the H-1B visa program, saying they ought to never be used to displace American workers and must be given to the highly skilled and highest paid candidates. Instead, they should be given to the most skilled and highest-paid applicants, and they should never, ever be used to replace Americans. He said his organization will enforce ‘Hire American’ decides that are intended to secure occupations and wages of specialists in the United States.
