Leonardo DiCaprio Wins The 2016 Oscar For Best Actor For The Revenant
He is one of the most talented, dedicated and passionate actors all around the world, but then he has never won an Oscar. We are obviously talking about Leonardo DiCaprio, the 41-year-old American star of movies, for example, Titanic, The Great Gatsby and Django Unchained.

His first nomination for the Oscars was in 1994 for his role as Arnie in the show What’s Eating Gilbert Grape. After eleven years, in 2005, he was nominated for The Aviator for his depiction of Howard Hughes. In 2007, the nomination was for Blood Diamond. Lastly in 2014, Leo was named twice for the film The Wolf of Wall Street, for best actor and best picture (producer). He is named for the current year for his role as fur trapper Hugh Glass in The Revenant.

In his acceptance speech in Oscars 2016. DiCaprio thanked directors at various times, his family and his friends. Yet obviously given his interests, he was likewise attentive in talking about climate change and finding leaders “who represent for all of humanity, for the indigenous individuals of the world, for the billions and billions of underprivileged people who will be most influenced by this, for our’s kids, and for those people out there whose voices have been overwhelmed by the politics of insatiability.

With his fifth nominations, Leonardo DiCaprio has at long last earned an Oscar for his role in The Revenant. The Revenant Actor beat out competition from Bryan Cranston (Trumbo), Eddie Redmayne (The Danish Girl), Matt Damon (The Martian) and Michael Fassbender (Steve Jobs).
