Art of Living founder organizer Ravi Shankar said on Thursday that he won’t pay a Rs 5-crore fine for arranging a social occasion on the Yamuna floodplain in Delhi.
The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has cleared the World Culture Festival in spite of reasons for alarm of harm to the biological community, however said the establishment will need to pay the fine.
