The CBSE 12th Result 2017 is not yet declared due to Scrapping Moderation Policy, under which students will be given grace marks for difficult questions. While the Delhi Supreme court has stated that implementing the Scrapping Moderation Policy from this year is unfair and irresponsible as it is becoming late already. Moreover, the students appeared for the 12th examinations are keenly waiting for their results. Hence the Delhi Supreme Court has strongly stressed over ‘why can’t this Scrap Moderation Policy might be moved to next year?’.
A bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Pratibha M Singh said, the CBSE’s decision which would come into effect from this year “would have a drastic effect on the Students”.
