IBPS has held PO Prelims exams for the aspirants of the country on 16^th, 22^nd and 23^rd of October, 2016.  The exam was held in various centers of the state for which huge number of applicants have appeared.  All the applicants have been eagerly waiting for the release of results.  IBPS is planning to release the results of PO Prelims exam in the first week of November.  The official announcement about the exact date of results release is yet to be made by IBPS.  As per the reports, it can be assumed that the results of IBPS PO Prelims exams will be disclosed in the first week of November itself.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a recruitment notification seeking enrollment from the aspirants of the country to fill vacancies in Probationary Officer’s (PO) or management trainees.  There are 8822 vacancies in these posts which IBPS would like to fill in under this recruitment exam.  Many aspirants from different parts of the country have applied to appear for prelims exam and have taken the exam in October.  Now all those students who have taken PO prelims exam conducted by IBPS have been avidly waiting for the results release.  It is strongly assumed that the results of IBPS PO Prelims exam 2016 will be out in the first week of November.

IBPS PO Prelims Exam 2016 Result, Merit List & Cut Off Marks :

IBPS will issue the merit list in a short while after the results are announced.  The merit list contains the names of the candidates who got qualified in the prelims exam.  The merit list will be prepared by IBPS on the basis of cutoff marks.  IBPS will decide on the cutoff marks taking into consideration various factors like number of vacancies, number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty of the exam level etc.  The cutoff marks will be dispensed by IBPS as soon as the results are released.  The merit list will be made available in the official site of IBPS.  Candidates can check out the merit list to know whether they made it to the next round or not.

• The link will direct you to a new page where you need to enter your registration number and password or date of birth.
• Enter the captcha and click on submit.
• Your section wise and total marks will be displayed on the screen.
• Take a printout for future reference.
