Visvesvvaraya Technological University (VTU) is one of the well-established universities in Karnataka state. The University offers various UN and PG technological courses for its students. The VTU also conducts the academic examinations yearly twice by following the semester system. In the state of Karnataka VTU is having 190 colleges working under its affiliation. This year the VTU has conducted the semester examinations for last semester B.Tech students in June/July months. This year nearly 60 thousand of B.Tech students have taken their end semester examinations in VTU. While the VTU has declared the B.Tech 8th Sem Mechanical and Civil branches results on Saturday and the university has announced that the result of other branches will be declared today.
As per the reports from various news sources, Vice Chancellor of VTU Karisiddappa has stated that the 8th Semester results will be announced by 31st July. While the University has taken several precautions to release the results earlier this year. So, students need not worry about the results.
