Sunny Leone has raised another controversy by posing in a condom ad on a hording. A storing of a condom organization conveying a ‘Play safe’ message, in front of Navratri merriments in Gujarat, with Sunny’s photo on it, has prompted challenges in the state by various saffron parties.
The advertisement in the hoarding under fire said in Gujarati, “Aa Navratriye ramo, paraantu prem thi. (Play this Navratri but with love).” The rough Hindi translation would be ‘Khelo magar pyar se’.
Sunny Leone’s ‘Sex During Navratri’ Condom Ad Creating Controversy
The protestors said that the message and the accumulating hurt religious opinions from the group that holds Navratri festivities consecrated.
In an interview to a leading daily, Surat Commissioner of Police Satish Sharma said, “We have brought such hoardings down, as the advertisement was of condoms and it should not be linked up with the religious festivals and even the photo of Sunny Leone was semi-nude. We have received complaints from the public and we brought down the hoardings.”
As indicated by reports, Confederation Of All India Traders National Secretary Praveen Khandelwal, wrote in a letter to the producer and brand ambassador, hammering the promotion as ‘censorious’, and ‘putting our social esteems in question’. Not only this, he has stated,
“In the lust of earning huge money, these brand ambassadors can go to any level irrespective of the pious and religious occasion of Navratri.”
The 3 Letter Word Makes A Big Trouble
The 3 letter word is the offensive word always. This is unmistakably portrayed in the editing of intimacy in movie scenes, and the consistent fight to guarantee a film abandons any “objectionable” word identified with sex. We should not overlook the entire scene when “intercourse” must be precluded from Jab Harry Met Sejal. Certainly, a major and open storing publicizing safe sex is certain to draw in wrath, despite the fact that it has a sound aim.
