Telangana SI Mains Exam Answer Key 2016 For Paper 1, 2, 3 : The Final Written Examination for the recruitment to various post of SCT SIs was conducted at Hyderabad and Karimnagar Regional centers on 19-11-2016 (Saturday) from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. and 2.30 P.M. to 5.30 P.M. respectively. About 33,000 candidates were called for the examination and the percentage of attendance is 97 %.

Mains Examination for the recruitment of SCT Sub-Inspectors (Civil/AR/SAR/TSSP) in Police dept., Sub-Inspectors (Men) in SPF and Station Fire Officers in TS Disaster Response & Fire Services dept., and Sub-Inspectors of Police (Communication) and Sub-Inspectors of Police (Police Transport Organization) is scheduled to be held on 19-11-2016 (Saturday); 20-11-2016 (Sunday) and on 27-11-2016 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM and 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM.

For the language paper to be held on 20-11-2016 from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM, 12 candidates have represented to change the language from Telugu language paper to Urdu language paper and they have accordingly been permitted to write the language paper in Urdu.

Telangana Police Department has successfully organized Sub Inspector (SI) Mains exam for the aspirants of the state. The exam was held in diverse centers of the state very prestigiously by Telangana Police Department.  As the mains exam is completed successfully, all the aspirants who have taken the exam have been waiting eagerly for the release of answer key.  The answer key will be released by the department soon in the near future. It will upload the answer key in its official website right in days’ time.

The exam was held to recruit 539 Sub Inspector, Special Police, Special Protection Force, Fire Station Officer and Communications SI vacancies in the state of Telangana.  Aspirants can download the answer key of IS Mains exam from the official site of TSLPRB.  The official site of TSLPRB is www.tslprb.in. The official answer key will only released by TS Police department that has conducted the exam.  Few private institutes also release unofficial answer key in the meanwhile.  Aspirants need to wait a little while to get their hands on the official answer key.

TS SI Mains Exam Cutoff Marks & Merit List 2016

Using the official answer key, aspirants can estimate their scores in the exam.  The department will later issue the merit list of the candidates who got qualified in the exam by satisfying the cutoff marks.

The minimum marks to be secured by the candidates in order to qualify in the final written examination in each paper is 40% for OCs, 35% for BCs and 30% for SCs/STs/ExServicemen.

Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates will be made strictly on relative merit, as obtained by them based on their score in the final written examination in papers II & III (300 marks) for the candidates who are qualified in Physical Efficiency Test. The provision of “The Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local cadres and regulation of direct recruitment) Order, 1975”, the rule of reservation to local candidates is not applicable.
