• Now, you can check your details.
• Download and take print out of the result.

6. As far as Descriptive Papers are concerned, it is informed that the procedure followed by SLPRB,AP for evaluation of descriptive paper is as under:-

(i) Each answer script is evaluated by two independent Examiners.

(ii) If difference between these two valuations is less than 10% of Maximum Marks, average of the two valuations in the final marks for that answer script.

(iii) However, if difference between two valuations is 10% or more of Maximum Marks, the answer script is evaluated by a third Independent Examiner. The best two out of 3 valuations are selected and average of these is taken as the final marks for that answer script.

(a) All those candidates who apply for “verification” for descriptive papers I or II are informed that “Verification” means retotalling of marks already awarded and rechecking of average of 2 or 3
valuations, as the case may be. No fresh evaluation of answer script is undertaken as it has already been evaluated by 2 Examiners. The candidate will be provided a copy of marks question wise for all the evaluations through e-mail.

(b) Those who apply for Verification for Objective Papers-III & IV are informed that the OMR Sheet will be scanned once again and marks awarded will be checked as per the Answer Key released above. Candidates are requested to download Scanned copy of OMR Sheets and verify the marks awarded. They must mention specific reason for request for “Verification” so that their grievance can be looked into. No change in Answer Key i.e., done at this stage which has already been finalised.

7. The exact procedure for submitting application for verification is mentioned below:

The candidates who wish to submit representation for Verification for Papers-I,II, III, & IV shall pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for each paper separately through APONLINE Centre (not MEESEVA Centres) and shall submit the representation in the website www.recruitment.appolice.gov.in separately for each payment done from 08.03.2017 to 10.03.2017 upto 5.00 PM, in the following format:

It is once again repeated that the candidate should apply request for verification separately for each paper and not through One common payment combining 2 or more requested. If combined, only first request will be considered, rejecting the other requests.

8. Each valid representation received with fee for each paper separately will only be examined and the decision of the committee in the matter shall be final. No further communication or Anonymous/Incomplete representations will be entertained after the last date.

9. After the process of verification is completed, the Merit list and Selection List will be released on the Website of SLPRB, AP on 15-03-2017.
