A photograph of Mark Zuckerberg and his child little girl that the Facebook author and CEO posted on his page Friday has circulated around the web and spurred another online debate about vaccines.
Mark Zuckerberg gets his baby vaccinated
The photograph, of Maxima Zuckerberg and her popular father is subtitled “Doctor’s visit – time for vaccines!” and apparently was taken at a pediatrician’s office.
Some of the comments on the post are from alleged against vaxxers, people who are vocally opposed tovaccinating their children out of apprehension that the infusions might bring about neurological disorders.
“Infusing babies and newborn children with infection and neurotoxins is appalling science that harms millions every year,” one commenter wrote. “Autism, encephalitis, brain damage, auto immune [stet] disorders early onset & late, asthma, allergies, add/ADHD [stet], bipolar disorder, SPD, pandas, Tourette’s… All of these neuro disease in the past 35 years. Do you [stet] homework. The only thing these children have in common is the VACCINE SCHEDULE! That’s it. Period.”
Another analyst thought of, “I am sorry to learn you superfluously responding so as to put your child at danger to artificial science and promulgation.”
Fears that vaccines cause damage to kids with healthy immune system might come from a since-withdrew study distributed in 1998 in The Lancet that recommended a connection in between vaccines and autism.
