Padma Awards 2016 | Super Star Rajinikanth Honored With Padma Vibushan & Anupem Kher Awarded with Padma Bushan : Padma awards, the most prestigious and revered honours in the country is announced by the government on the eve of Republic Day. Famous personalities from across the fields of sports, entertainment and public service are to be awarded the Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan and Padma Shri awards.
The list includes, Super Star Rajinikanth with Padma Vibushan. On the other hand, Anupam Kher is the recipient of Padma Bhushan. Anupam Kher was happy with it and expressed his views through twitter.

Sports icons of the country, Sania Mirza and Saina Nehwal are also in the list of Padma Bhushan winners. And the Padma Shri awardees are Senior lawyer Ujjwal Nikam, actors Ajay Devgn and Priyanka Chopra. Also, Spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to be awarded with Padma Vibhushan
