“The interest component on this is Rs 24,000 crore. So the Rs 7,433 crore given in the most recent two years is not in any case 33% of the interest, take off alone the principal,” Jagan pointed out. Invalidating Jagan’s cases, the farming minister cleared up that the aggregate remarkable loans were Rs 89,000 crore as of March 2014, however, crop loans added up to just Rs 48,000 crore. “We are clearing all levy in a phased manner,” he said

As the procedures to the Question Hour started, YS Jagan took up the discussion of the bank credits for the agriculturists. Expressing that the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had guaranteed to waive the credits of the farmers, Jagan said that not just did the Chief Minister neglect to do as such, rather the agriculturists were issued notices to pay Rs. 24,000 crores only towards interest.
Assembly Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao mediated in Jagan’s speech and asked that he restrict his talk only to question. Taking after this, the Opposition party staged a Walkout.
