BENGALURU: Gali Janardhan Reddy, a former Karnataka minister and mining baron, has given a whole new twist to the big fat Indian wedding.

Mr Reddy’s daughter Bramhani’s wedding is in November. The invitation, which comes in a box, is an elaborate production.
As the box opens, a little LCD screen comes alive with song and a text announces “Bramhani Weds Rajeev Reddy”.
It is heard that Gali is spending a fortune to make the wedding ceremony an opulent affair. The mining minister is sending rich ‘Boxed Invitations’ to the prominent personalities in various fields.
