Issuing notice returnable in six weeks, a summit court seat involving Justice Jagjit Singh Khehar and Justice C. Nagappan told Salman Khan that “it would be much, vastly improved if that he gets quittance from this court as it will spare him from every one of the repercussions”.

Senior advice Kapil Sibal, showing up for Salman, took the court through the procedures of the trial court, contending that his conviction depended on the confirmation one member, which can’t depend upon.
He said other than that there was no other proof in the witness of the trial court to convict Salman Khan for the situation.

In any case, Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi that other than the sole witness being indicated by Sibal, there were scores of different witnesses at the mishap spot who saw Salman Khan in the driver’s seat of the vehicle that kept running over a lot of people sleeping on an asphalt, murdering one of them.
