In any case, one needs to take the case of Vodafone Italy with a squeeze of salt as it can turn amiss with Microsoft yet to report the release schedule of the product. The second and more recent bit of news originates from tipster Evan Blass who also composes for VentureBeat. Blass notice that in an email to accomplices, Microsoft notice that the upgrade would touch base in March after the monthly service upgrades land on the Lumia 950 and 950 XL.

He also specified that the rollout would start inactively, and “that user should start it manually from their handsets”. Post the primary stage, Microsoft would start a take-off by OTA to eligible devices.
In Short, the take off is relied upon to happen in the coming weeks, yet there is no real way to confirm anything for the time being despite the fact that both sources appear to be connected through the email that was sent to accomplices. Ideally Microsoft puts out a blog post giving its users an overhaul about the same.
