‘Huge scam in Freedom 251 mobile phone’ : BJP MP Kirit Somaiya

The Telecom Ministry is accepted to have looked for elucidation from Ringing Bells for promoting its “Freedom251” mobile phone without BIS confirmation and have requested that Uttar Pradesh government check its certifications, according to BJP MP Kirit Somaiya.

Kirit Somaiya has said that there is a huge scam involved in ‘Flexibility 251’. After going through all papers of the organization, he discovered that the ‘Freedom 251’ doesn’t have a permit.

This is a huge scam, that is the reason I experienced every one of the papers of the company. The government has informed Uttar Pradesh government to check the bonafide of the promoter. This is a Ponzi bogus company scam,” Somaiya told.

The BJP MP has approached telecom minister, telecom operator TRAI, consumer ministry, Sebi, corporate service, account service, RBI and state governments to check different concerns that he has on the company offering the mobile phone for Rs 251– which is demonstrating the world’s cheapest cell phone.

He also scrutinized the foundation, the money related status, the owners of Ringing Bells Pvt Ltd, saying that he was “a long way from persuaded” with the reaction given by Ashok Chadha, President of Ringing Bells. Chadha, in the guard of his company and product, had said that cost was conveyed down because of local amassing and online marketing.
