Captain Smart Connect Scheme Online Registration : Recently Punjab chief Captain Amarinder Singh has introduced the Captain Smart Connect Scheme for Punjab youth. Many of the Punjab youth have shown their interest in registering for this scheme and to avail the Smartphones. As per the reports, 11.50 lakh have registered under this scheme until 25th November. All these are male, which is 16% of Punjab female youth (around 1,89,000). Now, the questions are arising that, will this plan be fruitful for women?

The Smart Connect Scheme in Punjab was aimed to distribute 50 lakh Smartphones to the youth of Punjab. Also the Smartphones will be provided with 1 year free data usage. Under this plan Punjab youth between 18 to 35 years can enrol. The plan is appropriate just for the people who are occupants of Punjab. Aside from the age factor, they have to be Class 10 go with yearly family unit pay not as much as Rs 6 lakh.
