Details of GITAM GAT Results 2017

Annually the GITAM College Conducted the Gitam Admission Test (GAT) for interested aspirants. Candidates those who clear the examination with good rank will be called for counseling. After counseling, candidates will be offered the seat in their desired courses.

Important Things to Know about GAT

• The direct admission will be granted to the candidates who will secure the highest marks in state or central board exam or equivalent
• The candidates allotted the higher rank will be considered for the first seat as per the preferences, availability of seats etc.
• In the GITAM GAT 2017 result, the university will publish the scores and merit rank of the candidates as well
• 25% of the seats will be reserved for the meritorious candidates from the state of Karnataka, for the admission in Bengaluru campus
• The GITAM GAT rank list, containing the rank of the qualified candidates will be considered for the counseling process
• The candidates will be granted admission to around 10 B.Tech courses offered in 03 campuses of GITAM University, which are:

How to Check the GAT Results 2017?

1. Hopefuls attempted the exam are advised to go to the official website of the GITAM University, gitam.edu or click on that will be provided below.
2. Search for the “GITAM GAT Results 2017” and then click on that available tab.
3. Now, you can give your Exam registration number, date of birth, and other details as necessary and click on submit button.
4. Finally, your result will be displayed on the screen.
5. Candidates can check your result to know whether you are qualified in the exam or not and take a print out of it for your further reference.

GITAM GAT Merit List & Cutoff Marks 2017 & Counselling Details

The GITAM University is going prepare the merit list of candidates those who have cleared the exam. Candidates those who got the requisite cutoff marks in the GITAM GAT Examination are only eligible to get admission in GITAM University.
